I have the honour to transmit to you, for the information of the Secretary of State, a copy of the Agreement into which we have entered on behalf of the Government of Hong Kong.

Mrs Annie Pattison has been appointed on her appointment as a nurse in the Government Hospital in that Colony.

A passage has been provided for Mrs Pattison in the steamship "Etruria" to leave London early in June.

A copy of the Agreement has been forwarded to the Colonial Government.

The Under Secretary of State for the Colonies.
